Occupational Licensing Reports
KSA 48-3406 requires the Kansas Legislative Research Department (KLRD) to annually collect licensure information regarding expedited military and non-military licensure law provided for by 2021 HB 2066 and report such information to the Office of the Governor; House Committee on Commerce, Labor and Economic Development; Senate Committee on Commerce; House Committee on Appropriations; and Senate Committee on Ways and Means. Data collection began in FY 2022, with the first report to the Legislature to occur during the 2023 Session.
HB 2087 Reports (JCARR)
As enacted in 2022 HB 2087, KSA 77-440 requires all rules and regulations adopted by state agencies to be reviewed every five years. Typically these are maintained by the team that works with the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules and Regulations. (JCARR)
